Will The Ripper be freed?
I hear Peter Sutcliffe is applying for parole, apparently he is awaiting a release date. He is currently in Broadmoor serving a sentence for murdering 13 women in the North west with Hammers, screwdrivers and knives. He was told by the Judge at his trial that he should serve at least 30 years. He now claims to be completely sane and because he is ‘disabled and blind in one eye that he is no longer a danger.
Because the judge never set an actual tariff, the Ripper and his Female lawyer believes that detaining him for more than 30 years infringes his human rights.
Ive hears a word that Sonia Sutcliffe (his wife) is getting back together with him and has re bought their old house in Shipley.
