Do the big pub chains microwave their meals?

I’m talking Brewers Fayre, Vintage Inns, Hungry Horse type food pub chains. I have eaten in most of them and some meals seem to be microwaved. Obviously steaks and things off the grill can’t be microwaved but food like pasta, curry or chilli con carne can be. Is it common practice to microwave meals, are the meals even made on the premises or bought in frozen?

If they say made on premises then they should be.They will probably still use microwaves.Local Pubs serve the best meals.
